Malay female staff who are very good customer service.. talk civilly.. Female housekeeping (not sure Malay or Indonesian) is very good.. very civilized.. they always smile when there are customers.  Feedback

A lot of parking available. Night Shift Staff ,- A chinese Uncle with Spec ( i could not recall his name) goes around the hotel every hour to ensure the safety of the visitor is under control. Thumbs up for him.

simply clean and good place for pit stop for rest and fresh up. easy access to highway and nearest distance for aeon, banks, restaurants and some convenience stores.

Everything nice. The room is super big. Very clean room. AC in good condition. Nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. Will come again.

I stayed there 3 years ago that the hotel seemed so old that time. But coming back yesterday, so many has changed. The building is refurbished, room is upgraded and looks new. Exceeded my expectation with the very reasonable price. For sure I will stay there again and again
